ONLINE SEAT SELECTION- For Reserved Seating Organisations.
- Customers can select their own seats online. Clicking “seat view” allows users to see a representation of their view to the stage.
- Option to prevent customers from leaving “orphan” seats-SABO suggests alternative seating options.
SYSTEM ACCESS/SECURITY LEVELS
- Set up specific roles, such as Manager, Sales, Finance, Reporting etc. Restrict access across an organisation, venues, events/products, holds and reports. Restrict access to refunds, exchanges and reprints.
- There is no limit and no additional cost for User access.
- Create an optional ‘promoter/venue hirer’ role, to allow a promoter to access reports on their own event/product information. Eliminating calls for progress and sale updates.
SELLING PROCESS
- No approval process to get your events/products displayed and selling online.
- Up to 5 different sales channels can be utilised. Integrated phone, subscription, walk-up, outlet and Internet sales.
- Set your preferences such as reservation duration (how long the customer has to book their tickets) or your onsale and offsale timeframes (days/hours) as well as your maximum number of tickets against each source, i.e. limit the number of tickets being purchased in one transaction.
- Allow your staff to pick their own sales page preferences — by event/product, by performance, by date, by event/product title, by day and more!
- Automatically Send Print-at-Home tickets directly to the customer for phone, internet or outlet sales.
- Simple refund process for credit card transactions simply press “refund” to refund straight back to the- customer’s credit card.
- Easy exchange process that allows you to update a ticket type or exchange tickets to another product/performance/event.
- Integrated phone, subscription, walk-up, outlet and internet sales.
- Integration with cash drawers that automatically open during a cash sale.
- Gift certificate generation and management —sell gift certificates online and use print-at-home technology to enable customers to receive the certificates instantly.
- Accept group bookings online for groups of 10 or more, 15 or more — you set the combination.
- Sell standard and flex-plan subscription or season tickets — sell them online and watch in real time as your seats sell out.
- “Reserve” tickets and allow your customers to pay at a later date. Ability to adjust a reservation- cancel tickets/upgrade tickets without having to start all over again.
- Allow customer to pay for the remaining balance of their reservation online.
REPORTS
- Over 20 reports can be generated to provide you with detailed accounting and event analysis information. All reports are up-to-date and can be displayed on-screen or emailed as CSV/Excel to your nominated email account.
- **New in 2011 SeatAdvisor is releasing a new reporting system that will allow you to build your own custom reports, interrogate your data and display data in graphical forms.

FINANCE/PAYMENTS
- System integrates with your own merchant account and all sales are directed straight into your bank account — we don’t take payments or hold funds on your behalf. We can also help you secure a merchant rate as low as 0.79% or 0.54% for registered charities.
- Auto-reconciliation process that adjusts reports according to your bank’s reconciliation time.
- Allocate a General Ledger account code/number to each event/product.
SCANNING
- SABO prints a unique barcode onto each ticket issued. This barcode can then be scanned for authenticity using a wireless scanner or a scanner connected directly to a computer.
CUSTOMER LOGIN/MEMBERSHIPS
- Attach patron profile attributes to specific customers e.g. customers tagged as “members” could access special offers not available to the general public.
- Customers can identify themselves to SABO by creating a user account as part of a sales transaction. Customers may also log back in at any time to update their personal information, view their transaction history, regenerate confirmation emails for previous transactions, reprint print-at-home tickets and pay the remainder of a reservation.
TICKET PRINTERS/TEMPLATES AND PRINT-AT-HOME TICKETS
- Select your preferred ticket delivery method: thermal tickets printed via a BOCA ,Practical Automation or DataMax printer, print-at-home tickets, office/venue collection or mail distribution
- Batch print tickets for collection by performance/product, disposition (i.e. mail) or by customer to save time. The system can even print header cards (displaying customer details) at each order, tickets, receipts and arrange each order alphabetically!
- Design your own ticket templates, header cards, gift certifiacates and receipts, add logos and barcodes.
