Training and Implementation

Training is conducted onsite or at a location decided by SeatAdvisor where approximately 3 key individuals (usually the training manager and operations manager) are trained on the system. Standard training can also be performed remotely using Web-Conference Training. Group training sessions can occur at the discretion of SeatAdvisor.

The key individuals of your organisation will then be responsible for training any additional staff. If preferred, our training department can also schedule a separate training session for any additional staff such as sales staff, finance department (for financial reporting purposes), marketing etc.

 

The approach to implementation

SeatAdvisor makes the transition from your old system to SABO very easy. If SeatAdvisor is hosting the application, here are the steps you take:

  1. Sign Contract.
  2. Product Information pages and Interactive SeatMap(s)
  3. Created (3-20 working days).
  4. Setup of your merchant account.
  5. Import of existing customer database (patron records) if applicable.
  6. Setup and training: 1 to 2 days (2 or 3 staff only).

Total transition time can be approximately 1-7 weeks depending on availability.
