We believe it is unnecessary for venues and businesses to rely on third party vendors for the selling of their tickets and admissions. We maintain a distinct competitive advantage over any competitor with our proprietary technology called MapCrawler. MapCrawler is used in-house to create interactive SeatMaps (ISMs), which in turn allows the SeatMap to be used with the SABO ticketing system. In addition, MapCrawler automatically generates seat location, graphics, and with a selection of the mouse, allows the user to see seat views of the stage from any seat as well as availability in real time. SeatAdvisor technology enables the ticket buyer or seller to reserve and buy or sell tickets directly by using the SeatMaps.
We also believe selling tickets and increasing revenue should be both easy and fun. For this very reason, our clients are assigned a dedicated Account Manager who checks in regularly to ensure client satisfaction. And although the software is highly intuitive and user friendly, our Technical Support staff is available to clients 24/7, 365 days each year.
